Raising concerns –
Reporting channels in the HARTMANN Group

At HARTMANN, we encourage everyone, both employees and external parties, to raise concerns and report misconduct, such as violations of applicable laws or our Code of Conduct.

The identity of the whistleblower and any other persons named in the report will be treated confidentially.

You can inform us about violations in the following ways:

CMC Integrity Channel

The Integrity Channel offers you a secure and confidential way to report violations and misconduct in connection with CMC.

Our principles for reporting information:
  • Our Integrity Channel is accessible to all – reports can be made in different languages.
  • Fairness and the protection of whistleblowers are key principles for us – we will treat your report independently, objectively, promptly and in strict confidence.
  • As soon as we have received your notification, we will confirm receipt within seven days.
  • We take all tips seriously and follow them up.
  • If necessary, we will define and implement suitable measures (if necessary, with the involvement of the affected suppliers/business partners).
  • We will inform you of the results of the investigation and, if necessary, of any remedial measures.
  • We do not tolerate reprisals. Please let us know if you have been the victim of reprisals.
