Based on profound expertise and experience in the cosmetics, medical and hygiene products industry, CMC Group has grown since its foundation into a global company with international production and sales locations.

  • 2005

    Over 150 years of experience

    PAUL HARTMANN AG’s long-established consumer goods business is spun off into CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH with the aim of further expanding its expertise in cosmetics, medical and hygiene products with a specialized team also in terms of consumer solutions.

  • CMC Turkey

    CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH expands its production capacities for absorbent cotton and hygiene products with a plant in the free trade zone in Mersin/Turkey.

    CMC France

    CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH creates the basis for international growth by establishing a sales office in France.

  • CMC Iberia

    CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH is responding to international growth by opening another sales office in Spain.

    CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH spins off the traditional production site for nonwovens and cotton-based hygiene products into a separate company.

    CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH is expanding its Sontheim site by 700 square meters and 30 new office workstations, including modern laboratories, to accommodate market growth.

    CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH expands its state-of-the-art cotton swab production by moving into a new production building.
